Eastlake Woods in Chula Vista, CA

EastLake Woods is part of a comprehensive master-planned community located in southern San Diego County within the city of Chula Vista. The Woods is a gated custom home development with home prices ranging from $2,000,000 - $6,000,000. It’s located approximately 20 minutes from Downtown San Diego and the San Diego International Airport.

The entire community of Eastlake is a 3,200 acre master plan, which includes residential, retail/commercial and industrial/office areas. One of the sub-divisions is Eastlake Woods which began selling its custom lots in the summer of 2002. The entire development sold due to the popularity of this area where residents truly feel a strong sense of community. Within Eastlake, there is a strong commitment to education and an overabundance of top-quality recreational amenities.

In fact, Eastlake will once again be on the cutting edge in regards to athletics. Starting in March 2012, they are launching the “Eastlake Little League’s Challenger Division” under the auspice of Eastlake Little League. The Little League Challenger Division was established in 1989 as a separate division of Little League to enable boys and girls with mental and physical challenges to enjoy the popular sport of baseball along with millions of other children who participate worldwide. Kids between the ages of 4-18 will have the opportunity to participate; even disabled adults up to the age of 22 will be eligible if they are still in high school.

Teams are going to be set up according to abilities, rather than age, and will include as many as 15-20 players. Challenger games can be played as tee ball games, coach pitch, player pitch, or a combination of the three to be fair to all.

So if you’re looking for a community where family come first, where there’s a strong sense of community and involvement and is away from the hustle and bustle of a metropolitan city, come to Chula Vista and check out the Homes for Sale in Eastlake Woods.

Eastlake . . . where families feel safe, children make lasting friendships and residents look out for each other.
